Du style

I searched for this article for hours. An older picture of an article of VT wonen was mentioned on Emma's design blog by VogesParis and I remebered I saw a newer picture somewere but I had no clou so I searched for hours and finally found it in Volkskrant magazine.
Here are the pictures that were used in VT wonen a few years ago. I think it's remarkable how different the space looks because of the position of the camera.

Camper shop, Paris

This is the third time Tokujin Yoshioka designs for Camper, and the shop that recently opened in Paris is a space inspired by the loveliness of a landscape in full bloom. Beautiful!

Neri&Hu design and research office

The "solo chair" was designed for the Waterhouse hotel in Shanghai. I really like it's timeless design. Unfortunately I don't know yet where you can order it in the Netherlands. I would to use it in a project.

Sitables, solid walnut with high golss piano paint finish. They sell them at Moooi gallery in Amsterdam.

D'espresso NY

A colleague of mine told me about this coffee shop, and I love it! They printed de books on the tiles, very simple and still practical. They put the ceiling lighting on the wall, clever detail. The coffee shop  was designed by New York studio Nemaworkshop

3d movie, Lloyd Hotel Amsterdam Histor

During Elle inside design Lloyd Hotel in Amsterdam,  Histor projected a great movie on the outside of the building!  Don't forget to pump up the volume...

Hotel Waterhouse Shanghai

The Waterhouse, a luxury Boutique hotel on the South Bund of Shanghai, is a legitimate reason for me to go to Shanghai again soon. I love the industrial style. The Chinese company Neri & Hu Design and Research Office designed this gorgeous hotel.

My trip to Stockholm

A few weeks ago I went to Stockholm with my boyfriend. We booked a room in advance and we hoped that the hotel would be as cool as it looked in the magazines. It was much more then I expected, I can really recommend the Story Hotel. I love the industrial look of the building, the contrast between the raw concrete with the shininess of the copper is a good find and you saw that back it in every detail.  Here are some pictures and other must see's in the city.

In the bar they serve very nice coctails.

The restaurant, the food is really good,
breakfast as well. Even when you don't stay
in the hotel, it's really worth
it go there for drinks or dinner.

Cafe Rival, a nice cafe where we had
lunch outside.

Grandpa, shop with colthes & more

Non Solo bar, good coffee!!!
