Today I ♥ a holiday home in the UK

This renovated barn was on the cover of Elle deco Italy last month and the white painted brick walls attracted my attention. It's great inspiration for a project were I'm working on right now.
When you take a closer look you see one wall is covered with white wash wood what adds warmth to do hard materials of the base. The combination of the clean and light base work well with the scandinavian furniture. I love the black large steel window frames, that's one my wishlist for me dreamhouse....

    Lovely house, although I think white can look cold in a Northern climate, it so often looks much better in the warmer Southern light of Italy maybe :)
